I found this in my notebook & didn’t remember writing it. It has phrases I recognize from my diary (various years & dates) & my frustration when I was first diagnosed with bipolar disease & prescribed all kinds of meds, which messed up my creativity & made me unable to write whatsoever. It’s not a great poem but not half-bad.
